However, you can change this at any time — whether you need to test your website on a different PHP version or meet a specific plugin or theme requirement. Here’s how to update the PHP version for any of your sites: Click the three-dot menu on the site you’d like to modify. Select PHP Config from the menu . Choose the PHP version you’d like to use. Set your preferred values for post_max_size , upload_max_filesize , max_input_vars and memory_limit (mb) — adjusting these settings allows WordPress to handle larger file uploads. Click on the Save button. Once saved, the PHP version for your site will be updated immediately.
